Wake County had the highest number of Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (5,110), followed by Mecklenburg County (4,358), and Forsyth County (2,058). On the other hand, Clay County had the lowest number of Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (1), followed by Gates County (6), and Camden County (7).
