Oklahoma County had the highest number of Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (7,331), followed by Tulsa County (4,560), and Comanche County (1,243). On the other hand, Ellis County had the lowest number of Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (4), followed by Cimarron County (6), and Grant County (11).
