Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 40,918 people that identified as Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone in Oklahoma and they represented 1.04% of the total population of Oklahoma in 2017. Oklahoma County had the highest number of Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (10,196), followed by Tulsa County (5,946), and Cleveland County (1,822). On the other hand, Cimarron County had the lowest number of Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (6), followed by Ellis County (8), and Grant County (10).
