Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 246,164 people that identified as Hispanic Asian alone in California and they represented 0.63% of the total population of California in 2017. Los Angeles County had the highest number of Hispanic Asian alone population (61,674), followed by San Diego County (21,749), and Orange County (15,368). On the other hand, Sierra County had the lowest number of Hispanic Asian alone (0), followed by Alpine County (3), and Modoc County (12).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic Asian alone, San Joaquin County had the highest percentage (1.54%), followed by Monterey County (1.04%), and Imperial County (0.92%).
