Gwinnett County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (13,368), followed by Fulton County (9,234), and DeKalb County (8,522). On the other hand, Clay County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (3), followed by Taliaferro County (5), and Glascock County (5).
