Gwinnett County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (15,282), followed by Fulton County (9,301), and Cobb County (8,869). On the other hand, Glascock County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (5), followed by Clay County (5), and Quitman County (6).
