Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 111,260 people that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone in Georgia and they represented 1.02% of the total population of Georgia in 2022. Gwinnett County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (18,808), followed by Fulton County (10,553), and Cobb County (9,756). On the other hand, Glascock County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (5), followed by Towns County (6), and Quitman County (6).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone, Stewart County had the highest percentage (7.1%), followed by Telfair County (3.5%), and Clayton County (2.4%).
