Jefferson Parish had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (5,094), followed by Orleans Parish (4,068), and East Baton Rouge Parish (1,932). On the other hand, Cameron Parish had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (3), followed by Tensas Parish (17), and Caldwell Parish (20).
