Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, there were 602,892 people that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone in New York and they represented 3.07% of the total population of New York in 2015. Bronx County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (203,247), followed by Kings County (109,823), and New York County (91,262). On the other hand, Hamilton County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (2), followed by Yates County (13), and Schuyler County (14).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone, Bronx County had the highest percentage (14.12%), followed by New York County (5.57%), and Kings County (4.21%).
