Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (10,305), followed by Wake County (7,609), and Cumberland County (5,443). On the other hand, Graham County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (0), followed by Swain County (1), and Avery County (4).
