Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (19,530), followed by Wake County (13,891), and Forsyth County (7,402). On the other hand, Graham County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (6), followed by Swain County (17), and Madison County (21).
