Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (12,679), followed by Franklin County (11,405), and Lorain County (4,167). On the other hand, Monroe County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (3), followed by Vinton County (5), and Hocking County (9).
