Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, there were 111,999 people that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 0.88% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2012. Philadelphia County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (40,596), followed by Lehigh County (10,293), and Berks County (9,692). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (1), followed by Sullivan County (6), and Fulton County (7).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone, Lehigh County had the highest percentage (2.9%), followed by Philadelphia County (2.62%), and Berks County (2.34%).
