Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 179,000 people that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone in Pennsylvania and they represented 1.38% of the total population of Pennsylvania in 2022. Philadelphia County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (54,872), followed by Lehigh County (18,473), and Berks County (16,199). On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (1), followed by Fulton County (10), and Elk County (13).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone, Lehigh County had the highest percentage (4.91%), followed by Berks County (3.76%), and Philadelphia County (3.5%).
