Shelby County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (5,063), followed by Davidson County (4,217), and Montgomery County (2,166). On the other hand, Van Buren County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (1), followed by Pickett County (1), and Hancock County (2).
