Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 73,342 people that identified as Hispanic Black or African American alone in Virginia and they represented 0.85% of the total population of Virginia in 2020. Fairfax County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (8,747), followed by Prince William County (7,846), and Virginia Beach city (5,671).
