Benton County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (36,528), followed by Washington County (33,183), and Pulaski County (20,360). On the other hand, Woodruff County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (83), followed by Prairie County (94), and Lafayette County (105).
