Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 231,001 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Idaho and they represented 11.91% of the total population of Idaho in 2022. Canyon County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (58,500), followed by Ada County (43,615), and Bonneville County (16,407). On the other hand, Camas County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (94), followed by Lewis County (152), and Butte County (154).
