Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, there were 209,487 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Iowa and they represented 6.53% of the total population of Iowa in 2023. Polk County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (48,817), followed by Woodbury County (17,583), and Scott County (11,326). On the other hand, Adams County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (55), followed by Wayne County (79), and Ringgold County (97).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Crawford County had the highest percentage (28.09%), followed by Buena Vista County (27.24%), and Marshall County (23.62%).
