Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 690,178 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in Massachusetts and they represented 9.89% of the total population of Massachusetts in 2022. Essex County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (136,566), followed by Suffolk County (128,134), and Middlesex County (116,965). On the other hand, Dukes County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (559), followed by Nantucket County (1,925), and Franklin County (2,732).
