Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 21,094 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in South Dakota and they represented 2.50% of the total population of South Dakota in 2013. Minnehaha County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (6,629), followed by Pennington County (3,055), and Beadle County (1,363). On the other hand, Buffalo County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (5), followed by Hyde County (6), and Sully County (13).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Beadle County had the highest percentage (7.48%), followed by Marshall County (5.48%), and Jerauld County (4.92%).
