Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 26,317 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in South Dakota and they represented 2.99% of the total population of South Dakota in 2018. Minnehaha County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (8,186), followed by Pennington County (3,730), and Beadle County (1,649). On the other hand, Hyde County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (10), followed by Buffalo County (14), and Ziebach County (18).
