Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 32,064 people that identified as Hispanic White alone in South Dakota and they represented 3.52% of the total population of South Dakota in 2022. Minnehaha County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone population (11,012), followed by Pennington County (3,930), and Beadle County (2,276). On the other hand, Mellette County had the lowest number of Hispanic White alone (3), followed by Dewey County (5), and Ziebach County (6).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Hispanic White alone, Beadle County had the highest percentage (11.68%), followed by Aurora County (6.95%), and Grant County (5.74%).
