El Paso County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (3,750), followed by Denver County (3,587), and Montezuma County (2,893). On the other hand, San Juan County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (1), followed by Kiowa County (3), and Mineral County (4).
