Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 321,267 people that identified as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone in Oklahoma and they represented 8.34% of the total population of Oklahoma in 2013. Tulsa County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (37,123), followed by Oklahoma County (23,384), and Cherokee County (16,193). On the other hand, Cimarron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (25), followed by Harper County (34), and Harmon County (47).
