Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 335,430 people that identified as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone in Oklahoma and they represented 8.51% of the total population of Oklahoma in 2018. Tulsa County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (39,361), followed by Oklahoma County (24,377), and Cherokee County (16,955). On the other hand, Cimarron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (19), followed by Harmon County (50), and Harper County (51).
