Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, there were 336,825 people that identified as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone in Oklahoma and they represented 8.50% of the total population of Oklahoma in 2019. Tulsa County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (39,694), followed by Oklahoma County (24,723), and Cherokee County (16,914). On the other hand, Cimarron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (17), followed by Harper County (52), and Harmon County (58).
