Oglala Lakota County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (12,798), followed by Pennington County (9,045), and Todd County (8,322). On the other hand, McPherson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (1), followed by Clark County (2), and Faulk County (3).
