Oglala Lakota County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (12,957), followed by Pennington County (8,999), and Todd County (8,470). On the other hand, McPherson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (2), followed by Clark County (2), and Faulk County (3).
