Oglala Lakota County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (13,012), followed by Pennington County (9,275), and Todd County (8,502). On the other hand, McPherson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (2), followed by Faulk County (3), and Clark County (5).
