Oglala Lakota County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (12,983), followed by Pennington County (9,364), and Todd County (8,554). On the other hand, Faulk County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (3), followed by Clark County (3), and McPherson County (4).
