Oglala Lakota County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (12,999), followed by Pennington County (9,528), and Todd County (8,505). On the other hand, McPherson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (3), followed by Faulk County (4), and Clark County (4).
