Oglala Lakota County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (13,049), followed by Pennington County (9,671), and Todd County (8,685). On the other hand, McPherson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (4), followed by Miner County (6), and Faulk County (7).
