Oglala Lakota County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (11,843), followed by Pennington County (9,745), and Todd County (7,631). On the other hand, Miner County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (7), followed by Faulk County (10), and McPherson County (12).
