Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 90,626 people that identified as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone in Washington and they represented 1.30% of the total population of Washington in 2013. King County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (13,296), followed by Pierce County (9,473), and Yakima County (9,218). On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (6), followed by Columbia County (49), and Wahkiakum County (59).
