Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 93,923 people that identified as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone in Washington and they represented 1.25% of the total population of Washington in 2018. King County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (12,955), followed by Pierce County (10,199), and Yakima County (9,061). On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (16), followed by Columbia County (55), and Wahkiakum County (59).
