Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, there were 657,743 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Illinois and they represented 5.10% of the total population of Illinois in 2013. Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (360,549), followed by DuPage County (103,056), and Lake County (48,884). On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (6), followed by Scott County (11), and Pope County (12).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, DuPage County had the highest percentage (11.05%), followed by Champaign County (10.07%), and Lake County (6.94%).
