Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, there were 691,700 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Illinois and they represented 5.38% of the total population of Illinois in 2015. Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (378,506), followed by DuPage County (108,528), and Lake County (52,285). On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (5), followed by Scott County (11), and Calhoun County (13).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, DuPage County had the highest percentage (11.62%), followed by Champaign County (10.6%), and Lake County (7.42%).
