Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, there were 738,350 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Illinois and they represented 5.83% of the total population of Illinois in 2019. Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (402,365), followed by DuPage County (117,501), and Lake County (58,382). On the other hand, Scott County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (11), followed by Gallatin County (12), and Calhoun County (13).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, DuPage County had the highest percentage (12.73%), followed by Champaign County (10.79%), and Lake County (8.38%).
