Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, there were 49,609 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Kentucky and they represented 1.14% of the total population of Kentucky in 2010. Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (16,481), followed by Fayette County (9,769), and Warren County (3,271). On the other hand, Wolfe County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (2), followed by Robertson County (2), and Owsley County (2).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Fayette County had the highest percentage (3.29%), followed by Warren County (2.86%), and Jefferson County (2.22%).
