Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, there were 68,547 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Kentucky and they represented 1.54% of the total population of Kentucky in 2017. Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (22,626), followed by Fayette County (13,167), and Warren County (5,302). On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (2), followed by Owsley County (3), and Bracken County (5).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Fayette County had the highest percentage (4.1%), followed by Warren County (4.1%), and Jefferson County (2.94%).
