Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 69,399 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Kentucky and they represented 1.56% of the total population of Kentucky in 2018. Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (23,041), followed by Fayette County (13,097), and Warren County (5,777). On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (2), followed by Owsley County (3), and Lewis County (7).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Warren County had the highest percentage (4.41%), followed by Fayette County (4.06%), and Jefferson County (3%).
