Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 73,461 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Kentucky and they represented 1.63% of the total population of Kentucky in 2020. Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (24,735), followed by Fayette County (13,490), and Warren County (6,669). On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (2), followed by Owsley County (5), and Cumberland County (7).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Warren County had the highest percentage (4.94%), followed by Fayette County (4.18%), and Jefferson County (3.16%).
