Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, there were 76,952 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Kentucky and they represented 1.71% of the total population of Kentucky in 2022. Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (25,873), followed by Fayette County (13,707), and Warren County (7,455). On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (2), followed by Owsley County (3), and Lewis County (8).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Warren County had the highest percentage (5.32%), followed by Fayette County (4.28%), and Jefferson County (3.35%).
