Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, there were 73,292 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Louisiana and they represented 1.60% of the total population of Louisiana in 2011. Jefferson Parish had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (16,970), followed by East Baton Rouge Parish (12,966), and Orleans Parish (10,477). On the other hand, Catahoula Parish had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (4), followed by Tensas Parish (8), and St. Helena Parish (9).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Jefferson Parish had the highest percentage (3.91%), followed by Plaquemines Parish (3.4%), and East Baton Rouge Parish (2.94%).
