Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, there were 81,189 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Louisiana and they represented 1.73% of the total population of Louisiana in 2016. Jefferson Parish had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (18,041), followed by East Baton Rouge Parish (14,516), and Orleans Parish (11,474). On the other hand, Catahoula Parish had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (6), followed by Tensas Parish (8), and Cameron Parish (16).
