Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 397,624 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Maryland and they represented 6.58% of the total population of Maryland in 2018. Montgomery County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (161,752), followed by Howard County (61,420), and Baltimore County (51,995). On the other hand, Garrett County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (110), followed by Somerset County (215), and Kent County (247).
