Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, there were 409,473 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Maryland and they represented 6.63% of the total population of Maryland in 2020. Montgomery County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (164,377), followed by Howard County (64,879), and Baltimore County (53,565). On the other hand, Garrett County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (136), followed by Somerset County (226), and Kent County (243).
