Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, there were 414,577 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Maryland and they represented 6.71% of the total population of Maryland in 2021. Montgomery County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (164,724), followed by Howard County (66,443), and Baltimore County (53,779). On the other hand, Garrett County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (140), followed by Somerset County (225), and Kent County (240).
