Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, there were 482,411 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in Massachusetts and they represented 7.01% of the total population of Massachusetts in 2018. Middlesex County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (205,276), followed by Norfolk County (82,691), and Suffolk County (73,042). On the other hand, Nantucket County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (190), followed by Dukes County (205), and Franklin County (1,215).
